Dear Jochen,

Thanks for answer my question. I did what yod said and all
"freshness_threshold" parameters in the var/objects.cache file are set with
"0".

As I´ve said before I think that it is a Nagios Core bug. I´ve tested it
with Nagios 3.2.1 and I found the same problem.

I think it´s a serious problem.

Here is a simple host definition extract from my objects.cache:

define host {
        host_name host1
        alias host1
        address 10.10.10.10
        parents gw-10_10_10_254
        check_period 24x7
        check_command check_tcp!22
        event_handler script.sh
        contact_groups ROOT
        notification_period 24x7
        initial_state o
        check_interval 5.000000
        retry_interval 1.000000
        max_check_attempts 4
        active_checks_enabled 0
        passive_checks_enabled 1
        obsess_over_host 1
        event_handler_enabled 1
        low_flap_threshold 0.000000
        high_flap_threshold 0.000000
        flap_detection_enabled 1
        flap_detection_options o,d,u
        freshness_threshold 0
        check_freshness 1
        notification_options d,u,r
        notifications_enabled 0
        notification_interval 1440.000000
        first_notification_delay 0.000000
        stalking_options n
        process_perf_data 1
        failure_prediction_enabled 1
        retain_status_information 1
        retain_nonstatus_information 1
        }

Thanks,
Rodney
